A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required on All bookings, payable when the booking is confirmed.
The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before the first day of the booked period.
All prices include gas/electricity and all bed linen and towels. Beach towels are not supplied

Pets are welcome, cost per pet is 15 pounds sterling for a full week.
Please note the property has no outdoor area so may not be suitable for larger, active dogs.
